F. Language Feature Of Application Letter
First, explain yourself, acknowledge employer's preference, request contact, professional preswntation. That distinguish between application letter with a cc is length, contens, commonly written as cover letter or cv, and purpose
G. How To Format an Application Latter :
1). Use a Professional Format
Document alignment should include single spacing, one inch margins, left alignment, We recommend using professional and traditional fonts. Try to keep your job application letter on one page
2). Create the Heading
Use a formal business title and it should include your name and contact information, date and company name and address. If you're sending a job application letter via email, you can omit your name and contact information from the header and place it at the bottom of the email after your signature.
By including professional and detailed headings, you can make it easier for the hiring manager to follow up with you about the position.
3). Address the Letter To the Hiring Manager
In your research, try to find the name of the person reviewing applications for the job. Address your letter to this person with a common business greeting, such as “Dear Mr./Ms.” and their last name. If you’re unable to find their preferred gender pronouns (she/her, them/they) of the individual reviewing your application, you can use “Dear [first and last name]” or “Dear Hiring Manager.”

1). Review Company Information and Position
The main point when writing a job application letter is to show interest in the available job vacancies. Take the time to look up information about the company, which you can find on the company website, as well as vacancies.
2). Open the Page by Explaining Your Interests
In the first paragraph of your cover letter, state the title of the job you are applying for and where you saw the job opening. Briefly describe the experience or qualifications that made you a good match for the available vacancies. This is a point that will be of interest to the recruiter or HRD.
3). Describe Your Experience and Qualifications
In the next paragraph the job application letter should highlight your experience, qualifications, and skills that align with the company's goals and mission.
4). Include Aspects of Your Personality
When writing a job application letter, consider including aspects of your personality while remaining professional.
5). Express Appreciation
Before signing a job application letter, convey your appreciation to the recruiter or HRD who read the letter and considered your application. The recruiter took the time to read your cover letter, so thank you for the time spent politely and professionally closing the document.
6). Cover Letter
Many people use 'Sincerely' or 'Best' to close a letter with a signature. The cover letter of the job application must contain your full name. If you are sending a hard copy of the letter, include your signature above your name. When emailing a cover letter, you should include your contact information under your name, not in the header
