Chapter 5 Text Procedure (Part 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
How are you today? I hope you are stay healthy and happy. Here i will explain about procedure text part 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
Part 1
A. Definition Of Procedure Text:
Procedure Text is a text whose contents relate to how to make, do or operate something sequentially (in regulae step from start to fisnish)
B. Purpose Of Procedure Text:
The purpose of procedure text is to explain how something is made, done or used througu sequential steps (to show how something is made/used/done through a sequence of steps).
C. Structure Of Procedure Text:
a). Goal: it is containt the purpose of the text
(Ex: How to make spaghetti)
b). Material or Ingredient: It is containt of the materials that used in the process
(Ex: the material to cook omelette are egg, onion, vegetable, oil, etc)
c). Steps: It is contain of the steps to make something in the goal
(Ex: first, wash the tomatoes, onion, ....., second cut the onions becomes slice...)
d). Conclusion: Conlusion contains about the end result of what has been done in accordance with the steps that have been determined
D. Laguage Feature Of Procedure Text:
•>Using present tense
•>Use command or imperative sentences
•>Use declaration or declarative sentences
•>Using connectives or connecting words (example: first, second, then, finally, etc.)
•>Using adverbial phrases (words to describe time, place and attitude)
•>Using action verbs (example: cook, make, give, etc.)
E. Types Of Procedure Text:
a). How to make: As previously stated, the word make is usually used when someone makes or creates something.
b). How to do: Do is usually used when someone performs an activity or task without having any results.
c.) How to make: Procedure text that describes how to operate/use something.
Part 2

where the definition of how to do is Do is usually used when someone performs an activity or task without having any results.
•How To Wash Your Hands Correctly💧
~ Goal/Aim: How to Wash Your Hands Correctly
~ Materials: a). Flowing Water
b). Hand soap
c). Tissue
~ Steps:
1). First spread the soap evenly by rubbing your palms together.
2). Next, rub the back of your left hand with the palm of your right hand, then between the fingers. Alternate with the other hand.
3). After that, rub the palms of your hands with your fingers interlocked.
4). Then, hold your thumb with your. left hand and rub in a circular position.
5). Do this alternately with the other hand.
6). Next, rub the fingertips of your right hand with your left hand.
7). Also clean the nails alternately with the other side of the hand.
8). Continue by washing all hands with running water until clean. Don't forget, rub between your fingers with your fingers interlocked.
9). Finally, when finished, dry your hands with a disposable cloth or tissue.

•How To Use Suncreen☀️
~ Goal/Aim: How To Use Sunscreen
~ Material: Sunscreen
~Steps:
1). First, clean your hands first
2). Then, dry your hands with a cloth or tissue
3). Use sunscreen 30 minutes before leaving the house
4). Shake the sunscreen before use
5). Put sunscreen on 2 knuckles (index and middle fingers)
6). After that, apply sunscreen to the face and neck
7). Spread the sunscreen evenly with the palm of your hand
8). Reapply every 4 hours

•How To Make Cocholate Brownies
~ Goal/Aim: How To Make Cocholate Brownies
~ Material: 1. Goriorio
2. Full cream milk 150ml
3. Butter
4. chocolate bar (optional)
~ Steps:
1). First, destroy the goriorio
2). Then add full cream milk, and stir
3). Spread the butter into a small cup
4). Pour just a little of the goriorio mixture into the cup
5). Then put the chocolate bar in the middle
6). After that, cover with goriorio mixture again
7). Then steam for 20 minutes
8). After 20 minutes, remove the brownies from the cup
9). Add toppings according to taste
10). Brownies are ready to eat

The conclusion I got from this chapter is that I can differentiate how to make it, how to use it, and how to make it from their respective meanings and I also know what the structures are in procedural texts.
